I studied English for three months, and lived in a very nice and peaceful host family. Margaret and Richard, with their two sons Brendan and James received me with open arms. It needs only some minutes, than the ice was broken. I enjoyed the time in this family very much and i am very proud to say, that i had the nicest hostfamily of all students in my school. My friends met them too and everybody was pleased! I was not only a student, i was a part of this family. I am very happy, that I chose to live with a family, because it was so intresting to see, how english families live. After a short time I had a wonderful relationship with my host brothers. They helped me, when I needed help and I learnd a lot english from there nice stories! With Margaret you can not feel homesick, because she is a very friendly and funny woman, I feld like her friend. I think, I can say, I had one of the time, that you call "time of the life". I hope, they will get some nice students in the future and the students will have the same fun and the same feeling of familie like me! - Tanya, Germany

All our families are experienced in hosting overseas students and have been especially selected by Hosts International. They are situated in residential areas of London and near to an underground station/British Rail, making the trip to college an easy one. We take great care in ensuring the family environment is of a good standard. In a large, cosmopolitan city like London, our host families reflect the multi-cultural British Society we live in; we recruit come from a wide range of ethnic background but all speak native English and English is the main language spoken in the house.

Our families are there to ensure that the students feel at home and are treated as a member of the family, not as a paying guest. We do not place students with other students of the same native language unless it is by special request. Students will have a clean and comfortable room with study and storage facilities that meets the homestays requirements of English UK and British Council. We offer three levels of accommodation which enables us to cater for most people's needs. The categories are mainly differentiated by zones. All prices vary according to the zone & category you choose.
