Oxford is famous for its Medieval architecture and world-renowned university. You can explore the excellent museums, shop in the covered market (built in 1774), or visit the 38 colleges of Oxford University. You can visit the countryside outside the city (The Cotswolds) with its tiny villages and thatched-roof cottages… you’ll think you’ve stepped back in time!
Fun fact: Oxford University has 120 miles of bookshelves in its libraries.
