Accommodation with a house or flatmate
We are pleased to offer independent rooms in homestays all over Uk and Dublin, available for both short and long term rentals.
You will have the choice of Single, Double, Twin or En-suite rooms in flats and houses across London.
All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe/storage, wifi and study facilities at a minimum. Linens and towels are provided. A typical flat or house will include full use of the property including kitchen your for self-catering needs where you cook for yourself and a shared lounge for leisure purposes, watch TV or relax!
Located in central London locations in Zone 1 to 3 (mostly in Zone 2), all our properties offer easy access to London’s excellent transport system with tubes, buses or trains within easy reach.
All offer Wi-fi access as standard and a key to the house to come and go as you please. Share the house or flat with the live-in owner. Some properties may offer more than one bedroom.
Renting a room with a local person offers you the right mix of total independence and privacy yet having the comfort of knowing there is always someone at hand for friendly help or advice, should it be needed. A local live-in landlord acts as your flat or housemate to give you advice when needed and even a chat if you’d like to talk. As much or as little contact as you like with the owner.
In our new Covid-world, living with a local is a valuable accommodation choice. Your
flat/housemate will be fully risk-assessed offering safe, clean, comfortable bedrooms and is at hand to help with groceries, shopping and local area
information as well as the local Covid guidelines.
